LAKE ARTHUR - The Notre Dame Lady Pios continued their dominance in District 5-2A play Tuesday with a 12-2 victory over the Lake Arthur Lady Tigers.
Notre Dame’s Kagen Semmes fires a pitch to the plate Tuesday during the Pios’ 14-0 victory at Lake Arthur. Semmes allowed just two hits and struck out eight batters in earning his fifth victory of the season.
LAKE ARTHUR – Powered by a two-hit shutout from Kagen Semmes and a grand slam by Aidan Mouton, the Notre Dame Pios cruised past Lake Arthur Tuesday, 14-0, in a District 5-2 A contest.
CROWLEY – Northside Christian pitcher Madelynn Hebert dominated in the circle late last week in a pair of shutout victories over Plainview and Gueydan.
CROWLEY – Joe Bushnell limited the Crowley Gents to just two hits and he struck out 11 in leading the Lake Charles College Prep Trailblazers to a 7-3 victory at Miller Stadium.
