The Iota Bulldogs fought through nine straight losing seasons to become a strong 12th seed in the 2017 playoffs. So they probably weren’t expecting it to be easy.

Jeptha Wall didn’t panic when his Crowley Gents fell behind 12-0 in the first quarter of Friday’s Class 3A playoff opener against Albany.
Neither did his Gents.
