IOTA – A pair of two-run innings did in the Iota Bulldogs Friday in their opening game of a best-of-three Class 3A quarterfinals series against No. 6 South Beauregard.
Garrett Bergeron had just one hit in Notre Dame’s first game of their best-of-three Division III quarterfinal series against No. 7 Ascension Episcopal at Miller Stadium Friday.
IOTA – The Iota Bulldogs find themselves in unchartered territory this evening when they host No. 6 South Beauregard at 6 p.m.
Once again, the Notre Dame Pios are knocking on the door of the state baseball tournament and just like the last two seasons, punching their ticket to next week’s event will be difficult .
