CROWLEY - Notre Dame’s Griffin Doucet and Iota High School’s Kaylor Broussard have been selected to play in the 2025 Louisiana Baseball Coaches Association Underclass Games.
CROWLEY – Despite a 7-5 loss to Pine Prairie in their 2025 district opener, the Iota Bulldogs’ baseball team ran the table from there, winning eight straight league games to claim the District 4-3A
Acadia Parish is well represented in the playoffs in both baseball and softball.
RAYNE - Six student-athletes of rayne High School participating in either baseball or softball were honored for their grade point average while participating in the spring sports.
RAYNE - Completing a productive 2024-2025 basketball season was a goal for the Rayne High Lady Wolves.
With another post-season appearance probably qualifies for that goal.
