Lorella Marie “Loretta” Roy Hebert

ESTHERWOOD - Funeral services were held at noon on Saturday, Aug. 24, at St. Margaret Catholic Church with Father Andrew Schumacher officiating for Lorella Marie “Loretta” Roy Hebert, 79, of Estherwood, who passed away on Aug. 21, 2024, at The Calcutta House in Lafayette.
Burial followed in the Estherwood Cemetery.
Visitation was from 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 23, until 9 p.m. with a rosary at 6 p.m. at Duhon Funeral Home of Crowley.
She is survived by her two daughters, Liz Hebert of Estherwood and Melisa Clement (Carol) of Morse; three sons, Ricky Hebert and Michael Hebert, both of Estherwood, and Ronald Hebert of Egan; 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; her brother, Jimmy Roy of Crowley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lorella is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Hebert; parents, Lagge and Verta Istre Roy; brothers, William, Joseph, Lee J., and Louis Roy; and sister, Dorothy Roy Dronet.
Pallbearers were Bryan Bertrand, Brandon Bertrand, Chad Hebert, Blake Hebert, Jessie Hebert and Allen Clement.
Honorary pallbearers were Ricky Hebert, Ronald Hebert and Michael Hebert.
The family would to extend thanks to Dr. Nancy Walker with Lafayette General Medical Center and the Staff of Hospice of Acadiana’s Calcutta House.
