Jennifer was born in Lafayette, Louisiana on September 22, 1984. She was a graduate of St. Thomas Moore High School and University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She was a Claims Specialist for Assured Partners Insurance for the past 18 years.
Jennifer was a loving daughter, a devoted sister, loyal friend, and dedicated aunt. She was affectionately known as “Jenn Jenn” by her nephews. She loved being on the water, fishing, and crabbing with the boys. She was often baiting hooks and checking traps with excited little ones in tow. It was not uncommon to see “Jenn Jenn” preparing snacks, dips and cooking fabulous meals for her friends. She loved to entertain and host. Many conversations were shared in the kitchen over a wonderful meal and a glass of Chardonnay. Jennifer cherished time with family at the beach. Her adventurous spirit, passion for the outdoors, laughter, and boundless love for her family, especially the bond she shared with her nephews, will be how she is remembered. The memories made, as well as countless others, are gifts that we will hold in our hearts forever.
Pallbearers for Jennifer will be her uncle, David Earhart, cousins, Phillip Guillory and Jon Seth Guillory, Dr. David Foreman, Carter Kauffman, Frankie Harris, her brother-in law, Jonathan Foreman, and her favorite nephews, Jon David Foreman, Luke Foreman and Jack Foreman.
A heartfelt appreciation is extended by the Guillory family to Dr. Gene Brierre, Dr. David Foreman, Hospice of Acadiana and the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital for the compassionate care provided for Jennifer.
