Tribune's ‘Christmas Cash’ winner announced

RAYNE - Sandra Robichaux of Rayne was surprised to receive a phone call informing her that she was named winner of the 2020 Annual Rayne Acadian-Tribune’s Annual Christmas Cash Shopping Spree.

ROTARY CLUB SPONSORS PROJECT - Members of the Rotary Club of Rayne recently sponsored a parish-wide “Who Grew My Soup” literacy in conjunction with the Acadia Parish Library. The book (top left) was readby Rotarian Natasha Domagalski (top right) and will be featured on the library’s Facebook page beginning Friday, Oct. 13. Rotarians then gathered for a “Backyard Activity Packet Party” (middle right) to assemble 150 packets that will be distributed to children throughout the parish.
