Military plaques stolen from cemeteries; CSAP asks help to ID thieves

Demolition debris in a trailer park in Iota will be picked up. Meanwhile, the Acadia Parish Police Jury will revisit its “bulk waste” ordinance so that everyone is on the same page.
The Crowley Police Department will be putting more officers on the streets in an effort to curb violence, according to Chief Jimmy Broussard.
Two more people have been arrested in connection with the May, 2020, shooting death of a Crowley teen.
Members of our military serve to protect and defend the freedoms of America. Often at their final resting place, plaques are placed on their graves to show their military service.
