Business After Hours presents awards, entertains guests

RAYNE - The Rayne Chamber of Commerce held its quarterly Business After Hours on Thursday, July 29, at Unique Paint & Body, located at 325 South Eastern in Crowley.

GYM IN NEED OF REPAIRS - The iconic Rayne Catholic Elementary gymnasium, which nears 100 years of age, is in need of renovations, foundation work and new flooring to replaced the warped court, as seen above. The school, as remembered in the 1950s, it consisted of a two-story building, along with the gym, where it remains today. The present-day school was built around the multi-story structure, with the gym continuing to serve the school and parish for events held year-round. (Acadian-Tribune Photo by Lisa Soileaux)
