A meeting of the Acadia Parish Board of Election Supervisors will be held in the Registrar of Voters Office, 569 NW Court Circle, Crowley, beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11.
Residents are being warned that a telephone scam attempt has been reported in Crowley.
Police here have been busy during the holiday season with a number of calls and a few arrests on different incidents, according to Chief Jimmy Broussard.
