Some children returning to school after the two-week holiday break were a bit shaken up Monday morning after their bus wound up in a ditch.
A residence located on Highway 13 just north of Crowley is a total loss following a fire that occurred during the early morning hours of Sunday, Jan. 6.
One man was killed Sunday evening in an accident that occurred in Crowley near mile marker 79 in an eastbound lane of Interstate Highway 10.
