Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a Rayne man for setting fire to a vehicle being kept at a Crowley tow storage yard in October. The fire spread to seven other vehicles, according to police.
Promising to be “the biggest one yet,” the 11th annual Taste of Crowley will be held on Thursday, Nov. 7, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Le Grand Hall in the heart of historic downtown Crowley.
Voters across the parish will decide the fate of a 2.12-mill tax renewal.
