RAYNE - The City of Rayne and the Rayne Frog Festival will be hosting the 2023 Annual Frog Festival Queen’s pageant with categories for ages from five years through adult.
RAYNE - The Rayne Civic Center Ballroom was the setting on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023, for an 80th birthday party and dinner held in honor of Luke (L.B.) Malbrough, who turned 80 years “young” on Jan.
