The 2018 Crowley Post-Signal Rice and Creole Cookbook has been dedicated to longtime rice industry leader William A. “Bill” Doré. Worker crews put the final touches on the main stage in preparation for the 82nd International Rice Festival. Activities kick off along North Parkerson Avenue Thursday night with two full days of activities, contests and music to follow.
