In a span of just over two months, two city clerks have resigned at Crowley City Hall.
A number of routine items were handled by the Crowley City Council during its regular June meeting.
Among those items, the council approved:
A burned out home on West Sixth Street was condemned by the Crowley City Council this week, but only after nearly an hour of discussion, mostly about the merits of the proposed “blight court” meant
A week after committee meetings ended in a physical altercation between two council members, Mayor Tim Monceaux said he is committed to restoring order to the council chamber.
Flaring tempers, frustrations over blight/long grass, concerns over multiple shootings over the past two weeks, increasing sewer user fees and financial concerns were the topic of the Crowley City
