New Farm Bureau Queen crowned

Kirstie Bieber, 19, was crowned as the new Acadia Parish Farm Bureau queen during the annual meeting Saturday, Jan. 30, in Crowley.
NEW FARM BUREAU QUEEN: Kirstie Bieber, 19, was crowned as the new Acadia Parish Farm Bureau queen during the annual meeting Saturday, Jan. 30, in Crowley. She is the daughter of the late Connie Bieber of Branch and granddaughter of longtime Farm Bureau members Evelyn Bieber and the late Henry Bieber of Branch. She was escorted by her uncle and Farm Bureau board member, Lamar Bieber of Branch. A radiology student at LSU-Eunice, she will represent the parish at the annual Farm Bureau convention in June.
